Our postpartum doulas are specially trained and skilled individuals who provide non-judgemental, evidence-based care for infants and their families. They provide support in feeding, newborn care, ensuring opportunities for you to rest, postpartum recovery, sibling support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, connecting you with valuable resources, and more. Each family’s needs are different, but the goal of the postpartum doula remains the same - to make the transition through the early postpartum period and infancy as smooth, restful, and stress-free as possible. Our Calgary doulas provide care 24/7. Some families prefer their doula to come during the day, others prefer peace of mind with a doula overnight.

  • 12-Hour Daytime OR 24-Hour Overnight Starter Package

    By booking ahead you’ll know you have the right doula for your family ready to support as needed in those early days. After the completion of your hours, you have the option to continue booking based on your doula’s availability.

    Includes:

    • Our 50-page Guide to Postpartum & Newborn Care Digital Workbook

    • 12 daytime support visit hours booked as three 4-hour support visits or four 3-hour support visits

    • OR 24 hours of overnight postpartum doula support booked as three 8-hour support visits from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

    • Additional hours can booked at an hourly rate of $45/hour.

    • Daytime support visits are a minimum of 3 hours, and overnight a minimum of 8 hours

    Daytime Package: $540+GST or 3 payments of $180
    Overnight Package: $1080+GST or 3 payments of $360

  • Sleep-ful Nights 1-Month of Overnight Support

    Our overnight care includes bottle feeding, diaper changes, and soothing your baby back to sleep. For breastfeeding mothers, we provide support during feeds, ensuring both you and your baby's needs are met. Experience a peaceful night with guidance and attentive care for both you and your little one.

    Includes:

    • Our 50-page Guide to Postpartum & Newborn Care Digital Workbook

    • Week #1 - Two 8-hour support visits

    • Week #2 - Two 8-hour support visits

    • Week #3 - One 8-hour support visit

    • Week #4 - One 8-hour support visit

    • Additional hours are $45 per hour, and minimum of 8 hours per night.

    $2160 +GST or 3 payments of $720+GST

  • The Complete Care Package: Before & After with Cayla

    The Complete Care Package offers specialized care designed to bridge that gap—providing personalized guidance to help prepare for both birth and postpartum, and hands-on support during the early weeks of parenthood.

    Includes:

    • Two 2.5 hour in-home or virtual prep sessions

      • Birth preferences & birth plan development

      • Postpartum recovery planning with a focus on what to expect in the first 3 months

      • Feeding, sleep & newborn care education

      • Personalized resources including a custom workbook

    • Two 3 hour in-home specialized postpartum visits

      • Specialized feeding & latch support

      • Newborn care & sleep guidance

    • WhatsApp messaging & video call support until 2 weeks post birth

    We’ve created the optimal postpartum doula support package for new parents to make the transition through the early postpartum period as smooth, restful, and stress-free as possible.

    Includes:

    • In-home or virtual planning session and nursery walk-through

    • Our 50-page Guide to Postpartum & Newborn Care Digital Workbook

    • Week #1 - Two 4-hour support visits

    • Week #2 - Two 3-hour support visits

    • Week #3 - Two 3-hour support visits

  • Sibling Childcare During Birth

    Book on-call care for your children during your birth for peace of mind; that no matter the day or hour you go into labour your older children will be in good hands.

    Includes:

    • 2-hour in-home visit to meet and play with your older children, and learn about your routines and home.

    • On-call 24/7 for your birth starting 3 weeks before your estimated due date.

    • Up to 8-hours of doula care during birth, + $45/ hour for additional hours.

    $840 +GST or 3 payments of $280+GST
