We offer care 24/7. Some families prefer their doula to come during the day, others prefer peace of mind with a doula overnight.

Reserving Your Postpartum Doula

Step 1: Meet Your Doula

Choose the postpartum doula you'd like to work with and book a complimentary consultation. She'll get to know your family, answer your questions, and help you decide what type of support will best meet your needs.

Step 2: Choose Your Support

Together, you'll discuss your family's unique needs, recovery goals, feeding plans, support system, and lifestyle. Your doula will help you build a personalized postpartum support package designed around your family's priorities.

With your doula, you'll map out a postpartum care plan, estimating how many hours of support you'd like to start with, how many days each week, and how long you’d like care to continue. Having a flexible support plan arranged before your baby arrives means you can focus on recovering and enjoying your new little one.

Step 3: Reserve your Care

Reserve your postpartum doula support in advance to ensure you have trusted, familiar care ready when you need it most. Booking ahead gives you peace of mind knowing your doula is prepared to support your family through those early weeks, with the flexibility to continue care based on your needs and your doula's availability.

Packages consist of pre-purchased support hours, all billed at our standard rate of $45 per hour +GST. To reserve your due date, a minimum of 12 daytime hours or 24 overnight hours is required, and flexible payment plans are available. All packages also include our 50 page Guide to Postpartum and Newborn Care digital workbook. As your family's needs evolve, you can add additional hours and adjust your support plan along the way.

Step 4: Welcome Your Baby

Once your baby arrives, simply let us know. We'll begin your postpartum support within 72 hours, providing practical help, evidence-based guidance, and compassionate care tailored to your family's needs.

Whether we're caring for your baby while you rest, supporting feeding, preparing a meal, answering questions, or simply offering reassurance during the transition to parenthood, we're here to help lighten the load so you can focus on recovering and bonding with your baby.

Step 5: Continue to Thrive

As your baby grows, so will the list of questions. Whether you're navigating breastfeeding, infant feeding, introducing a bottle, newborn sleep, or simply looking for reassurance, we're here to continue supporting your family. Book additional visits or specialized feeding and sleep support whenever you need it.

  • 12-Hour Daytime OR 24-Hour Overnight Starter Package

    Reserve your postpartum doula support in advance with our starter package.

    Choose one of the following options:

    Daytime Support

    • 12 hours of postpartum doula support

    Overnight Support

    • 24 hours of overnight postpartum doula support, booked as:

      • Three 8-hour overnight visits (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

    Additional support can be booked at $45/hour, subject to your postpartum doula's availability.

    Minimum visit lengths:

    • Daytime visits: 3 hours

    • Overnight visits: 8 hours

    Daytime Package: $540 + GST
    or 3 payments of $180 + GST
    Overnight Package: $1,080 + GST
    or 3 payments of $360 + GST

    If you asked us to design the ideal postpartum doula support package for new parents, it would look something like this:

    Includes:

    • In-home or virtual intake session to get to know you, your family, and your support needs, plus a nursery walk-through

    • Our 50-page Guide to Postpartum & Newborn Care digital workbook

    • Week 1: Two 4-hour support visits

    • Week 2: Two 3-hour support visits

    • Week 3: Two 3-hour support visits

    • Week 4: One 3-hour support visit

    Additional hours can be booked at an hourly rate of $45/hour.

    $1125 +GST or 3 payments of $375+GST

  • Sleep-ful Nights 1-Month of Overnight Support

    Our overnight care is designed to help your family rest and recover, while ensuring your baby is gently and attentively cared for through the night. We support bottle feeding, diaper changes, and soothing your baby back to sleep. For breastfeeding parents, we provide hands-on support during feeds so you feel cared for, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

    Experience a calmer night with responsive, nurturing care for both you and your baby.

    Includes:

    • Our 50-page Guide to Postpartum & Newborn Care digital workbook

    • Week 1: Two 8-hour overnight support visits

    • Week 2: Two 8-hour overnight support visits

    • Week 3: One 8-hour overnight support visit

    • Week 4: One 8-hour overnight support visit

    Additional overnight support is available at $45/hour, with a minimum of 8 hours per night.

    $2160 +GST or 3 payments of $720+GST

  • Sibling Childcare During Birth

    Book on-call care for your children during your birth for peace of mind, knowing that when labour begins, your older children will be cared for and supported in their own familiar and supported environment.

    Includes:

    • 2-hour in-home visit to meet and play with your older children, and learn about your routines and home.

    • On-call 24/7 for your birth starting 3 weeks before your estimated due date.

    • Up to 8-hours of doula care during birth, + $45/ hour for additional hours.

    $840 +GST or 3 payments of $280+GST
