Whether you join in-person or virtually, this course ensures you feel confident and ready for the arrival of your new addition. Come and create supportive community of parents (one of the best parts of group education!), and explore every aspect of birth so that you are informed of your options and can understand what your preferences are. Perfect for both expectant parents and birth partners, our curriculum dives into recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding/infant feeding, and the nuances of parenting in the first year so that you can have an experience that is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We recommend booking your classes so they are completed between the 32th and 37th week of pregnancy.
