The Complete Care Package
Personalized birth planning, newborn care guidance, feeding support, and postpartum doula care—all from one trusted specialist.
Hi, I’m Cayla,
I’m a Birth & Baby Specialist and doula supporting families through pregnancy, birth preparation, and the early weeks of parenthood. My work is rooted in evidence-based education, compassionate care, and practical guidance that helps you feel confident in your decisions and supported every step of the way. I’ve supported over 300 families as they navigate this transition, and my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, prepared, and cared for as you welcome your baby.
Why focus on preparation and postpartum?
Many families spend months preparing for the birth itself but receive very little support once their baby arrives. The Complete Care Package is designed to bridge that gap—providing personalized guidance before birth and hands-on support during the early weeks of parenthood, when questions, adjustments, and recovery are often at their peak.

Support That Grows With Your Family
The early weeks are just the beginning. As your family settles into a new rhythm, many parents choose to continue with regular postpartum doula support through one or two weekly visits. For families who would like ongoing support, extended postpartum care packages can be planned and reserved before baby arrives, providing peace of mind and ensuring support is available when you need it most.
Should your family require more comprehensive care, additional daytime or overnight support can be arranged through trusted members of our postpartum doula team, ensuring you have the right level of support at every stage.

“We took the opportunity to take Cayla’s Sleep Eduction Training, it was packed with great information that has been so valuable! The format was engaging and new parents would be missing out if they did not take it. That very night, we put several things into action, it made me feel great as a new dad being able to implement that knowledge into action immediately. ”
