Together, we’ll prepare for both birth and creating a birth plan, as well as realities of the first few months with your baby, including feeding, newborn sleep, postpartum recovery, emotional wellness, partner support, and creating routines that work for your family. After baby arrives, your follow-up visits provide continued expert support helping you apply what you’ve learned and is tailored to your needs. Our visits will include hands on infant feeding and latch support, and newborn care guidance, helping you navigate the adjustment to life with a newborn with confidence and compassion.

Designed for families looking for both education and ongoing support, this package combines evidence-based preparation with real-life experience to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

Personalized one-on-one postpartum preparation designed to help you feel supported, informed, and confident as you transition into life with your new baby. In your session, we'll walk through the realities of the first three months postpartum,

including feeding, newborn sleep, milestones, recovery, postpartum mental health, partner support, and planning for a smoother transition into parenthood.

Perfect as a complement to our prenatal classes, as this session is personalized and expands on class topics. Or, if you prefer a private learning option, single or multiple sessions can be booked to create a fully customized postpartum preparation experience.
